Shipping & Return Policy

For all information regarding shipping, returns, exchanges & jewelry repairs, please read this section! RHC strives to have great customer service, so please reach out to us for questions, concerns or comments!

SHIPPING

Rank Horse Company (RHC) strives to ship all in-stock items the next business day, excluding preorder graphics. Orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Preorder graphics have a turnaround time (TAT) of 5–8 business days. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

If your order includes both preorder graphics and ready-to-ship items, the entire order will ship once the preorder items are complete.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligible return items must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date.

JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE.

All jewelry purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for sizing issues or because you don’t like it. Jewelry sizes are clearly listed on our website, accompanied by multiple photos, and all jewelry is shown in detail during our live sales.

JEWELRY REPAIRS

If your jewelry loses stones or requires repair, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work directly with our vendors to assist with repairs at no charge.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Due to fast order processing and limited inventory, we do not accept order cancellations for any reason. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

CLOTHING RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Clothing items are eligible for return or exchange if RHC is contacted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Clothing is eligible for size exchanges if the requested size is in stock.

If your size is unavailable and you choose not to exchange for another item, a refund will be issued.

Items that have been worn or have tags removed are not eligible for return or refund.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

No exceptions will be made on sale items.

SHIPPING & REFUNDS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges. Shipping fees are non-refundableon all refund transactions.
